It was good. Was not expecting much but the sushi exceeded my expectations. We will definitely be thinking here. The staff was very nice and friendly.
My boyfriend and I just had an amazing date night here. He is always skeptical and critical about sushi but he very much approved of the sushi here. The prices were hard to believe esp nowadays. We will definitely be coming back here and trying more speciality rolls.
Oishi is the best place to get quality sushi in Zachary. They offer a decent variety with different ingredients and their prices are reasonable. Also, they are open relatively late for the area. I haven't been disappointed yet by the food I've ordered here. I didn't order the hot and sour soup this time but it was banging the last time! ( they put shrimp in it by the way)
This place was super busy tonight so there was a little wait to get seated but not bad maybe minutes. Sorry I forgot to take pictures of the delicious food we ate tonight. There was three of us for dinner and I started with egg drop soup it was yummy and my entree was the Dragon & Phoenix ( spicy shrimp ) not too spicy though and general Tso chicken it also came with fried rice. The general tso chicken was the most delicious I've ever ate anywhere and the spicy shrimp were yummy. My grandson got the large chicken lo mien and it was full of chicken and delicious and the plate was overloaded so plenty of food. My grandsons fiancé ordered eggrolls and the Black Jack Sushi, she loved it. If you find your self hungry and in Zachary this is the place you wanna be at. They have sushi, Chinese, Japanese and Thai food here and so far we've enjoyed everything we've ate here.
